Product: The ink does not perform well in my new printer.

If a new cartridge from Clickinks does not print well, and you have a newer printer, purchased since approximately February, 2009, then the nozzle may be smaller.
Please wait 1-2 hours after inserting your new ink cartridge before printing so that the thicker ink can begin to drip into the nozzle.
