How are compatible cartridges and original cartridges different?
Compatible cartridges are specifically manufactured to meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. These cartridges offer a high standard of quality, reliability, and offer high-quality printing results. Compatible and generic cartridges are brand new cartridges, containing only new components, and are an economical alternative to expensive brand-name cartridges and supplies, which allow the consumer to enjoy big savings over brand-name cartridges and supplies. The use of compatible or generic replacement cartridges does not void the printer's warranty.

What are the advantages of using remanufactured cartridges?
Our professionally remanufactured cartridges go through a rigorous testing & QA process, to ensure there is no difference in quality from genuine cartridges. Remanufactured cartridges are also environmentally friendly. Instead of sitting in a landfill, the cartridge cores are recycled and reused after going through our stringent remanufacturing process. Will compatible or remanufactured cartridges void my printers warranty?
You maybe worried that the use of compatible or aftermarket printing supplies will void your printer's warranty. The use of Clickinks printing supplies will not effect your printers warranty.Your printer warranty cannot be voided because you select compatible products unless the manufacturer can prove that the compatible product caused direct damage to your printer. In cases such as this, the manufacturer may choose not to repair your printer but your warranty would remain in effect for all other warranty issues.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped DHL to your local post office. It will be delivered to your home by your local postman. Typical delivery time is 2-3 days but we cannot guarantee this.

What do I do if I order the wrong cartridge?
If you order the wrong cartridge email us immediately to cancel the order. You can email us at ContactUs@ClickInks.com. Please note that all orders are shipped at 4:30 pm EST. We will be unable to cancel your order if you email us after 3:30 pm EST. You can also call customer service at 1.800.706.4657.
